Terms and Conditions

By using CoreLMS, learners and instructors agree to follow platform rules, payment terms, exam integrity rules, certificate validation policies, and applicable laws.

Learning access

Each enrollment has its own access duration, progress, answers, attempts, invoices, and certificate records. Expired enrollments require a new purchase or renewal.

Instructor responsibilities

Instructors must own or have permission to use uploaded content, course assets, questions, and certificate data. Instructors can manage only their own courses, exams, reports, backups, and activity logs.

Exam integrity

Restricted exam activity can close an attempt and mark it as consumed. Learners receive a warning when the previous attempt was closed for a proctoring violation.

Billing

Invoices are generated for course purchases, exam fees, onboarding plans, promotions, banner ads, and featured listings. GST and seller details are stored with each invoice.
